We sell only new, factory-sealed items.
Shipping
Shipping rates apply only to shipments withing the continental U.S. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We cannot ship to international locations.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from us. If you need to return your order please send us an e-mail with your order number, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it and we will issue a Return Authorization Number along with return instructions.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
There is a 15% restock fee on returned items. Returns must be arranged within 30 days of purchase.
Product Warranties
All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details.
Firearms
We do not sell firearms. Federal law prohibits the shipment of firearms to consumers. You can, however, purchase ammunition, black powder, and many other gun supplies and accessories from us.
Security
Our site uses secured socket layer encryption, the strongest online security technology that is available today. It is estimated by RSA Labs that it would take a trillion-trillion years to crack this encryption algorithm. Rest assured that using your credit card online with us is as safe or safer than using it at your favorite restaurant or over the phone.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please e-mail within 5 days of receipt of package for a Return Authorization Number.
Tracking your Shipment
If you place an order online and your product is in stock, and provided there were no problems in verifying and processing your credit card information, you will receive your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail.
Purchase Orders and C.O.D. Shipping
We do not accept Purchase Orders.
We do not ship C.O.D.
Sales Tax
Federal law doesn't require us to collect tax for items shipped across state lines, but you may be required by your state to remit sales tax.
